Description
Deep ruby color. Nose clean, fruity and floral aroma with fresh very elegant and complex. The taste in the palate is soft but also strong, with good length and persistence, supported by tannins a bit alive that stil need a slight refinement in the bottle.

VINIFICATION |
Total de-stemming followed by a short cold maceration, fermentation and maceration for 20 days at controlled temperature < 30° C with daily pumping |
AGING |
In steel for 12 months with subsequent aging in bottles |
