The wine purchased on www.coldibetto.com is shipped to Italy and abroad (qui l’ho aggiunto io per fare riferimento anche alla parte estera) by courier. Delivery times vary depending on the place of destination; generally, they range from 2 to 5 working days.

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the package and the place of delivery. When filling in the electronic order, the system automatically calculates the expenses.

In the tables below we report a summary of our shipping costs.

Sales contract

The purchase of wines, like all spirits, is only allowed to adults.

Coldibetto respects the current legislation on e-commerce.

For each order placed, Coldibetto issues a dispatch invoice by sending an e-mail to the customer according to Article 14 DPR 445/00 and to Law Decree 52/2004. The data provided by the customer at the time of the order will be included in the invoice.

No changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Coldibetto by email reply and sent to the email address communicated by the customer.

This confirmation message will re-propose all the data entered by the customer who must verify the correctness of the data and, in case of error, the customer must promptly communicate any corrections.

By placing the order on the Coldibetto website, the customer declares to have read the conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase procedure. With express reference to Articles 3 and 4 of Law Decree 185/89, the customer will receive, via e-mail, all the information necessary for the identification of the seller that the customer must keep together with the e-mail of acceptance of the contract.
